150 WORD ARTICLE
The Grid Of Writing [XXVII]
Or… Keeping track of the articles that I am writing
Becoming Organised
Initially, writing articles was a little bit all over the place, I could take my time, I had no deadlines, and I could put all of the related information into whatever folder on my computer that I wanted. Once the article was written, it was forgotten and I could move on to the next.
I am enjoying seeing how my process has improved, and how I am shaving off time from the routine that I go through. There is still much room for improvement — but it comes down to a time/cost ratio on where to focus my efforts.
Now I have got into a good routine, and am improving it all the time.
Below is the spreadsheet that I use to keep track of the articles and the state that they are in, which has been updated with more columns since I tapped out this article.
Continual improvement.
