My children are going to live in very interesting times, at no other point in time has society changed so quickly, and it shows no signs of these changes slowing down.
The career that my children will end up in may not exist today.
How do I prepare them for the challenges ahead?
How do I get them to understand (on a shallow level) the complexity of work and what makes success?
Motivating Children
Motivation is tough, and it is not something that I can provide my children, it has to come from within. Otherwise, it is just somebody else forcing you to do something. Consequently, I offer my children support in their interests. Whether it turns into something that they enjoy, or a successful endeavour or not.
