Or… A great first step
The ‘War On Plastics’
We really should look after our planet a little better.
Australia is introducing measures to cut down on the plastics used by individuals in their shopping.
This is a great idea —I wholeheartedly support it, everything individuals can do to help reduce the amount of plastics that are consumed is a good thing
My issue with it is that so much of this is being put onto the individuals, rather than the companies.
It seems a little bit diversionary where Australia is staunchly against cutting down on its coal mining and the companies that do it.
But hey — let’s blame the little people and make it look like Australia is on the side of the planet.
Baby steps — perhaps we also need to target the adult steps as well.
