I tried Shop&Ship for the first time as it offered an address in a country with limited package forwarding options — it was only later that I went searching for reviews to determine how good they were (TrustPilot was a fascinating insight — see later in the article for details)…

Getting things sorted

Some quick hints on getting things moving through the Aramex system

• https://classic.shopandship.com/ just works better (but not everything works). The site also works better on a mobile phone than a desktop (which is annoying due to the screen size)
• Call the local warehouse — yes there may be wait time, but they generally know what they are doing (sort of).
• Patience…
• Post a rant and rave on TrustPilot — Aramex/Shop&Ship representatives keep a close eye on this one and it will get their attention.

All of this depends on what region you are shipping from, I would posit that the busier hubs will take a lot more effort and time to get in contact with.
