Reductive Racism [LXXXIII]

Or… Reductio ad absurdum (Latin for “reduction to absurdity”)

Racism is defined as:

“Discrimination or prejudice based on race.”

It still exists in very real fashion. I am always surprised by racism as when you think actually think about it

Let’s Get Reductive

A historical genetic study conducted in 2003 showed evidence that Genghis Khan’s DNA is present in about 16 million men alive today — or about 1 in 200 males alive at the time.

So, you are probably distant relatives of a lot of people that you have a prejudice against.

Monkeying Around

The misinterpreted ‘fact’ that we share 96% of our DNA — where what was said was that our DNA is remarkably diverse, but the binding of our DNA is 4% difference

But if you believed that — then perhaps you can be nicer to everybody.
