I did some research and have found what I believe to be the most complete list of ‘Top Writer’ topics.

There are tens of thousands of topics on Medium — you can even create your own (As I did for my 150 word articles).

For topics with enough writers, there is also a list of ‘Top Writers’ on the topic page. Below is the tag for ‘Life’ which is the topic that has the most stories written for it out of all of the topics.
