Title: The Challenges Women Face With Breast-Cancer

An innocuous title — however, I am going to come up with as many attacks on this title as I can.

Let me emphasise that the following points do not reflect my views.

• Did you know that 1% of men can get breast cancer? How insensitive to men who have to go through this.
• Did you know that more research is spent on breast cancer than prostate cancer?
• Did you know that more money is spent on developing viagra than research into breast cancer?
• My (insert relative/friend) died of breast cancer — and you have no idea what it is like.
• You don’t mention trans-women / gender-fluid / non-binary in your title — why are you so exclusionary?

There!

That should invalidate any compassion or empathy people should feel about women with breast cancer.
