Competition

Competition has been with humanity since the beginning of time. Competition for food, for resources, for genetic dominance — whatever.

It also unites people, makes people want to be better, and adds a little excitement into their day.

So,

  • choose a timed based challenge,
  • set up a channel within your work organisation (Slack, MS Teams, Facebook Workplace, etc.), and
  • start posting your times

You will be pleasantly surprised at how the remote community engages with each other.
